Rebekah is an experienced family lawyer and a Law Society accredited family mediator. She has been helping people for more than 20 years sort out their separation or divorce and has extensive experience in helping couples to reach agreements in relation to the parenting of their children, and their financial matters.

Rebekah is also qualified to undertake Child Inclusive Mediation which means that she meets directly with children, enabling her to bring the children’s wishes and feelings directly into the mediation process.

As a former commercial litigation partner in a leading international law firm, Rebekah has solid experience of financial and commercial issues which she draws on to help people to resolve complex financial issues following their separation.

Malki is a highly experienced mediator, with more than a decade’s experience in family mediation. Her integrity and proficiency are greatly appreciated by clients and legal professionals alike.

Malki guides couples to reach decisions in relation to child arrangements and financial settlements that focus on their unique requirements through separation and beyond.

She previously worked as a facilitator in the financial services industry. This makes her well placed to sort out the financial complexities which can cause problems in many separation and divorce cases.

Malki is a member of the College of Mediators, and is an accredited family mediator.

Harriet is a Family Mediators Association (FMA) trained family mediator, registered with the Family Mediation Council (FMC) and is a member of the FMA.

Harriet practised as a commercial dispute resolution lawyer at a leading city firm and taught dispute resolution on the Legal Professional Course at BPP University for some years. She has a Masters of Law degree covering both Comparative Family Law and Child Law.

Harriet is part of a current pilot project to provide mediation to families at court.

Rishma is an accredited family mediator, experienced in all aspects of family mediation. She is also qualified to undertake Child Inclusive Mediation, supporting children’s voices to be heard in a safe, structured, and age-appropriate way. She has extensive experience working with families in a wide range of matters, including child arrangements, financial arrangements, intergenerational family conflict, and disputes shaped by cultural differences.

Rishma sits on the Family Mediation Standards Board Accreditation Panel, contributing to the oversight and development of professional standards within the profession. She previously worked in the financial consulting sector and is a PPC (supervisor), supporting new mediators entering the profession as they work towards accreditation.
